Buyers post a sales project with requirements and budget. Sales Talents apply, execute outreach/follow-ups, submit proof/results, and get paid when work is approved (or when a closed deal is confirmed, depending on the project).
SME SalesTeam is a marketplace that connects businesses (Buyers) with Sales Talents (Freelancers) to help sell products/services through structured sales projects.
Payment is released immediately after the Buyer approves your submission (subject to payment processor timing).
If the Buyer does not approve or dispute within 3 days (72 hours), submissions may be treated as approved and paid automatically.
Sales Talents pay a 15% platform service fee on approved payouts. (Example: if your payout is KES 10,000, the platform fee is KES 1,500.)
Experience helps, but it’s not mandatory. What matters most is consistency: prospecting, qualifying leads, follow-ups, and closing.
We provide guidance, templates, and support resources. Some projects may also include scripts and training materials from the Buyer.
Yes. Many sales projects allow flexible hours as long as you meet targets and deliverables.
It depends on the project. Typical proof includes: call logs, lead lists, meeting bookings, messages, CRM notes, and for commission projects, deposit/invoice paid evidence (invoice reference, receipt, payment confirmation).
Post a project with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria, review proposals, then hire the best-fit Sales Talent.
Buyers pay a 5% transaction fee on payments processed through the Platform.
Once a Sales Talent submits deliverables or Closed Deal evidence, you must approve or dispute within 3 days (72 hours). After approval, the payout is released immediately.
Yes. If something doesn’t meet the agreed deliverables, raise a dispute within 72 hours and provide details. We may request supporting evidence from both sides.
Yes, depending on the project status and funding stage. Refund eligibility depends on what has been delivered/approved and any non-refundable fees.
